Manage apps
Add, organize, refresh, and remove tracked apps.
Add an app by search
- Click Add App.
- Select the storefront that should be used for lookup.
- Enter an app name and search.
- Select the matching result.
Search results are cached into the local app catalog so ranking tables can show app metadata and icons more quickly later.
Add an app by App Store ID
Use Direct App Store ID when the app name is ambiguous or not returned by search. Paste the numeric App Store ID, choose the storefront, and click Add by ID.
Organize the sidebar
The sidebar supports folders, pinned apps, and drag-and-drop ordering. Deleting a folder keeps its apps tracked and moves them back to the main app list.
Refresh app metadata
Use the app refresh control when app metadata, ratings, or keyword rankings need to be updated. OpenASO refreshes keyword rankings and storefront rating/review data for the selected app.
Delete a tracked app
Deleting an app removes the tracked app and its keyword tracks from OpenASO. Use this only when you no longer need the app's historical ranking data.
