Ratings and reviews
Use the ratings workspace to monitor storefront performance.
OpenASO can refresh and store storefront-level rating and review data for tracked apps.
Switch workspaces
Use the app detail workspace picker to switch from Keywords to Ratings.
Refresh ratings
Click refresh while an app is selected. OpenASO refreshes ratings, reviews, and keyword rankings for the app. If one data source fails, the app shows the first mapped error while preserving successful results from other sources.
Filter by storefront
Use the storefront picker to narrow rating data to one country or review all available storefronts.
Export ratings
Use the export control in the ratings workspace to create a CSV containing the latest rating values and historical rating snapshots.
The export includes app ID, storefront, rating date, rating count, average rating, observed timestamp, and source where available.
